Mysterious Woman.

This young lady has been lurking around at the back of the painting table for the past few years!
I have no idea from where she has come, nor for that matter, do I know what I will do with her.

Having spent several weeks working on the Gettysburg game I was looking for something a little different to do. She was semi painted so I just carried on from where I had left her a couple of years back.

Here are a few photos of the  Mysterious Woman. She is approx 28mm tall.

Apologies for the crappy photos but sunshine in Christchurch seems to be non existent these past few weeks unless I am at work, without my camera and without the subject matter then it will shine strong and bright!!!

One or two other projects are now under way of which there will be more later.

  1. Call her Rose Greenhow - rebel (CSA) spy. I don't really mean the historical version - more the romanticised (if that's the word I want) version of J.T. Edson.

  3. I don't know where she's from either, but I like her. The green you used on her shirt is really nice and goes well with the red coat.

    Nicely done!!

  15. She is a rather lovely young lady, it begs the question, what else have you lurking at the back of your painting queue?

  16. I say she is a darling but I think the young lady will catch a chill without a shirt on

  18. There is something special about finishing off figures you have had lying around for years. A nice sense of achievement! Sweet mini!

That might be a nice name for her to?
